Information given to them is subject to their terms and conditions - they will not give us any of your confidential information. You must have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS in order for us to ship your order. If your address is not confirmed and you have already purchased, we will hold your order until it is confirmed (easy to do). Or we can refund your full purchase price if it will be a problem. We will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with the prints we make. We do not allow for returns on our custom personalized prints, canvas prints, wooden signs, etc. Returns on non-personalized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
However, if there are issues in regards to print quality, we can assure you we stand behind our products 100%. Simply give us the opportunity to make it right! Any issues with our art prints / decor or return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving package. Please be sure to purchase insurance ... Farmhousefive is not responsible for the way the Post Office handles your package. We pack it so it will arrive in perfect condition ... but once it's out of our hands .. it's out of our hands.
